Here is a how to tip that would have been very beneficial to me yesterday! So, just in case you find yourself in a similar situation and need to be the Man, I suggest you go read up on it.
Let me give you a quick recap.
My wife had some friends that stopped by with some catfish they did not know how to clean and she volunteered me to do it. You would think it should not be a problem since I did grow up in Louisiana and on a lake, but I have not done this in 16+ years! Laugh if you must!
